more baby aloes!!!

Big momma got bigger, now there is big sis and little sis...and all the little babies.

And a small sample of peonies from my no-so weeded garden. The weeds are as tall as the peonies and that is why there is a picture of the cut ones!

tomato update

The tomatoes are planted outside!!! Two in the ground and one in a bucket upside down. Thanks to help from John, with digging, drilling and hauling! We will see how they do.

Also, some knitting. Continuing on with the tomato theme...here are my footies out of "the attack of the killer tomato yarn" I got last summer. It is spunky eclectic yarn and wears great!!! I wore them at work last night!

the snow has followed me to GA...

I know it is not the same amounts that Maine is receiving, but...spring was just in the air a few days ago and the temperature was above 60 degrees. Oh well, the birds don't seem to mind the snow.

clinical bound. january 2009

I left my mark on the dorm wall. I stayed in a room that was also occupied by friends who also became midwives...Jodie, Carly, and Elizabeth. and the room was room 207 (area code for Maine). Sounds like some karma to me!

Ringing the bell (yes, I sing the song in my mind...)

My hall mates/classmates/car mates...from Louisville and back, in order of appearance. Diana, Rachel, Leslie and me.

The sewing of the beef tongue. MMMM.
